The following was taken from one of my blogs and reposted here for your amusement. You will only understand what I mean if you have a myspace ... AHHHHHH would be the proper way to start this rant. In my 3 1/2 years (and 5 different profiles ugh) on MySpace, I have come to realize that there are more guidos then I thought Long Island could inhabit, there are more under aged sluts that are the future prostitutes, and there is yet to be but 5 DJ’s that can hold my attention for longer then the in-in-intro to there songs! What the hell is your problem? I’ve walked out of more clubs in my life then times I’ve logged into MySpace haha. Just because you speed a song up so it sounds like the Chipmunks Christmas album I had when I was 5 DOES NOT make it a remix. I went onto this girl’s MySpace this morning and died laughing because she had Justin Timberlake sounding like he was kicked in the nuts 14 times and I’m sorry but wow. I didn’t know that was a good remix. If it is and the chipmunks are in, let me know please. Just because you put a techno/house beat behind it doesn’t make it a remix. Some songs do not sound good with a techno beat. Just because you speed up the music doesn’t make it a good remix. Some mash-ups suck too. If you claim to be someone with remixes then bring it. Bring a good remix. You shame yourself when you call yourself a DJ and you have people dancing to what sounds like cartoon theme songs. Pick a GOOD DJ Name too! If you have a name like DJ Josh I will not listen to you. You suck anyway with a name like that. You’re a nerd with a turntable. My LAST and FINAL rant about this is this sign below: or girl...(2 versions) What the hell? When was the last time you did that particular position in a club? Really? And fucking to house music? Ok as sexy as having sex up in a club is (yes been there), what ever happened to Barry White or Marvin Gaye or did the DJs speed their songs up too? What ever happen to romance and while I COULD handle a girl who could fuck to house music, I would rather fuck to the own music in my house because nothing about the chipmunks singing My Love turns me on. Sorry maybe because I am 29 I am just old and don’t get the "young whipper snappers" today but my club experiences are ruined forever by shitty DJs and little sluts who want to fuck ME to house music and take a ride in my Lamborghini (gold diggers). That’s why none of you see me out at clubs that much anymore...that and I HATE the way some people dance....Ok THAT rant coming soon...get off the drugs please....
